Like you, we get really excited when a new adventure approaches. Particularly one that spans parts of the globe that are rarely explored and promises moments of awe and adrenaline mixed with life-changing sights and encounters. These are the kind of moments that will highlight every Crystal Endeavor journey, from Scott’s Hut flanked by active volcano Mount Erebus in the Ross Sea and the fabled Northeast Passage across the Russian High Arctic to the tropical wildlands of Borneo, the Philippines and Indonesia – and a world of wonders in between. Tomorrow, we begin the one-year countdown to the game-changing launch of Crystal Endeavor August 10, 2020.
One of Crystal Endeavor’s expedition leaders, David Sinclair, is well acquainted with moments like these. David has skied across Greenland, scaled the Arctic’s highest peaks, visited Antarctica countless times, and experienced dozens of cultures and countries. David’s boundless curiosity and enthusiasm for the natural world and extraordinary experiences fuels his passion for responsible tourism and sharing it with others.
Aboard Crystal Endeavor, together with a team of experts he will share experiences and insights with Crystal guests around the world, leading shoreside excursions and shipboard presentations that will bring the breathtaking essence of each destination into brilliant focus for travelers. In the meantime, he’s sharing a bit of what’s in store aboard Crystal Endeavor with his fellow Aussie, Karen Christensen, senior vice president and managing director of Crystal’s Australasia office, featured on Australia’s Travel Daily and Cruise Weekly broadcast.
