Here we are again, at that precarious time of year that resolutions are made, before they are internally negotiated and often, ultimately broken. Many New Year’s resolutions fall into the same common categories: get more sleep, get more exercise, eat better and more healthfully, travel more. The last of those listed here may seem disconnected from the others but it’s simply not so. It’s science.
