What to Pack for a Blog Takeover… Follow Luxury Expert & “Classy Girl’s” Enticing Adventures on Crystal Serenity

By Sarah Vickers

Happy to be guest posting today for Crystal Cruises. I’m Sarah from Classy Girls Wear Pearls. My fiancé Kiel and I are traveling this upcoming week aboard the Crystal Serenity on a Mediterranean cruise that begins in Venice and ends in Monte Carlo. Along the way, we will be stopping in Montenegro, Naples, Rome, and Florence. We are beyond excited to experience the rich culture of Italy and all that Crystal Cruises has to offer. Especially their amazing dining options!

Wanderlust-8_crpDuring this time of year, the temperatures in Italy average in the mid 60s. It is perfect weather to enjoy the offshore excursions we have reserved. I plan on packing several pairs of flats, light jackets, and sweaters. Layers are key for comfort in the fall. To make the most of the space in my luggage, I roll each article of clothing into a compact bundle. I place smaller articles (scarves, socks, etc.) into my shoes and bags, both to keep the shape and to make use of the extra space. Dresses, blouses, and skirts are always folded in tissue to avoid wrinkles. In case I forget anything, there is always the specialty boutique Apropos on ship. I’m really looking forward to checking it out.
