The cutting-edge service technology (developed by Intelity and the first ever such product to be offered at sea) is now available in every suite aboard the new yacht, allowing guests to enjoy Crystal’s acclaimed personal service virtually, with access to nearly all info, services and activities right at their fingertips.
Touchscreen tablets in each suite provide current voyage information about ports and programming, Crystal Adventures ashore and daily menus in the dining venues, while also allowing guests to request reservations for excursions and special wines from the Connoisseur wine list, and even set their Do Not Disturb sign on their door. Additionally, guests can stay current on the day’s news, as the technology links directly to Press Reader, which offers an array of global newspapers.
True to Crystal’s brand of personalized service, the tablet will even welcome each guest to their suite by name.
