Jonathan Pogash Margarita

Guest Mixologist Jonathan Pogash Shakes Up a Classic with a Chili Twist

Many people have claimed credit for inventing the margarita over the last 90 years or so. Understandable. Sweet, tangy, refreshing and biting, it doesn’t matter whether you drink it blended or shaken, on a beach or just daydreaming of one – the margarita can turn any day into a holiday. And while we spend this week virtually on the shores of Cabo San Lucas, guest mixologist and “Cocktail Guru” Jonathan Pogash – featured on select Wine & Food Festival sailings – is fueling our travels with his take on the classic.

Watch the video below to join Jonathan in his home kitchen for a demo, then head to your own kitchen and shake up the perfect margarita to chill out this Thirsty Thursday.
