Dinner is Served! Savor this Delicious Crystal Experience

One of the most popular dishes at Silk Kitchen & Bar is the classic Kung Pao Chicken, with the perfect amount of heat and complex seasonings to take your palate on an adventure. Enjoy this dish as you would aboard Crystal Symphony, with friends or family over stories of your favorite travels.
Crystal Symphony’s Silk Kitchen & Bar Kung Pao Chicken
¼ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup Black Soy Sauce
½ cup Black Vinegar
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp. Dry Red Chili
¼ cup Chili Sauce
1 cup Chicken Stock
¼ cup Sugar
1.5 lbs. Chicken
½ Medium-Sized Onion
4 Whole Eggs
1 cup Potato Starch
Salt and Pepper to taste
For sauce, combine all ingredients and cook over stove top. Set aside.
For chicken, cut the chicken into cubes and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the eggs.
Oil wok and heat. Once wok is hot, add chicken and egg mixture until cooked fully. Strain and set aside. Add onion, garlic, dry red chili and scallions to the wok and combine with sauce. Finally, add in strained chicken and stir in potato starch to thicken. Garnish and serve.
